The lincoln hotel is not an actual hotel. It is a long-term residential facility. It is a historic
building in the heart of the San Diego gaslamp district. This area of downtown is undergoing
major renovations, like a new ballpark stadium, apartment buildings, restaurants, an
extension of the convention center, along with major hotel chains like Marriott, Omni, Grand
Hyatt, embassy suites, etc. In this sea of expensive places, the ordinary worker needs a place
to rest their weary heads. Workers like, day laborers, hotel staff, restaurant workers,
hostesses, part-time students, job seekers, single people looking to start out in life.
With us, you can avoid any roommate situations and all issues that come up with that, you will
be in your own private room with access to 24/7 laundry room and possible Wi-Fi with a
community kitchen and a secured access entry with visiting hours of 9am to 8pm seven days
per week and no overnight guest!!!
This building is over 100 years old, it was built in the second decade of the 20th century and
refurbished in 1996. We offer fully furnished SRO (single room occupancy) to those who wish
to �have mercy on their wallets�.

grocery stores; ralphs & Safeway, Petco park, and freeway access to 5, 94 & 163. Trolley lines
give you a wealth of destinations to choose from like Santee, Mission Valley, Fashion Valley, or
San Ysidro where the international border with Mexico is located. Bus lines 3, 11, 16 run by
the building on the Market Street, all of the San Diego county is open through the MTS lines.
