Pet Policy: We are Pet Friendly! However, we do not accept certain dog breeds including: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottwiler and Wolf Hybrid. $150 non-ref fee per apt, plus $28 per pet/month. Two pets maximum. No weight limit.

From I-465 on the west side of Indy, take the East 10th Street Exit; then right at first lite (Beachway Drive). Follow Beachway Drive around to entrance into Westlake; signs will direct you to the Leasing Center. There is a Wendy's fast food restaurant at Beachway Drive, as well as a stop light.
