We are located a block from Lake Minnetonka & Downtown Excelsior. Enjoy our clean, quiet, well maintained apartments conveniently located in beautiful Excelsior. Our Resident Manager lives at the building and is available to provide any assistance our residents may need. We offer free heating and water/sewer, air conditioning, underground parking, on-site laundry, and storage lockers. Our buildings are smoke-free which prohibits smoking inside the apartments. Management performs criminial and credit checks on all applicants to ensure quality neighbors for our current residents. We are not Section 8 approved. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit but we do not allow dogs.
