| Century Commons - apartments designed with students in mind! Located just one block from Century College and convenient to many other colleges in the Minneapolis/St Paul Twin Cities area. Heat, Water, Trash, Sewer and Electric all included plus FREE WiFi in Study Lounge! We lease month-month (60 day minimum) or by the semester. Our 40 apartments are leased by the "private bedroom" and the common area kitchen and livingroom are shared with 2-3 other roommates! ALL UTILITIES are included and FREE WIFI. You must be between the ages of 18-28 to live at Century Commons AND be enrolled at an accredited college, university or speciality college/school. Full or part-time student status qualifies. Summer Residents do not require student enrollment verification |
