Private mini-buses into Manhattan, run all night, they drop you off and pick you up right in front of the house.

You''ll see a Duane Reade Store, followed by "Time Square Art Center" after that you''ll see a big parking lot (IMPARK). You''ll see the mini-buses parked along the sidewalk next to the parking lot. These buses are the ones that go to "Boulevard East" The price is $3 You can ask the driver to drop you off on 49th. Street.
